Cyberpunk 2024 Builds 2024 Mod. Slap a cyclone mod on a katana and grab the cyberware that reduces cooldowns on kills. Phantom liberty was advertised as a spy action thriller of sorts, so my build was going to be pistol + knife (throwing).
